Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, to monitor expiry dates and maintenance of company licenses, and overseeing and regulatory compliance records.

2. Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, scheduling project meetings, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

3. Project Documentation: Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, contracts, variation orders, and progress reports, and all submissions to the authorities.

4. Financial Support: Manage accounting software, process staff expense claims, supplier payments, subcontractor claims and payments and coordinate with the management team for vendor invoicing and monthly progress claims.

5. Manpower Coordination: Monitor site attendance and support HR with foreign worker documentation, permits, and on boarding and all able to manage workers OT and timesheet

6. Logistics Management: Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery of materials to site and to handle projects tools and hardware purchase.

Work Location: Woodlands Industrial Park (Factory)
Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm and 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
