Office Manager
(Salary Range: S$ 4,500 - S$5,000)

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage office document, data & equipment.
- Provide administrative support to the Board.
- Organise Board meetings and AGM prepare meeting agenda and take minutes.
- Support the Board by following up on the administrative actions as requested.
- Monthly payroll and bookkeeping manage monthly statement of accounts and follow-up on overdue payments.
- Provide full spectrum of HR functions.
- Coordinate and organise events such as Annual Scientific Meeting, Annual General Meeting, and any ad-hoc meetings as requested by the Board.
- Liaise with industry partners to coordinate physician training programs.
- Collect and manage applications for fellowships, sponsorships and other programs.
- Copy-edit and proofread written articles submitted for newsletter.
- Membership administration and reporting.
- Any other additional duties and responsibilities assign by the Board.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean and PR only.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- High detail-oriented with critical degree of accuracy.
- Excellent planning, organization and management skills.
- Able to exercise good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, multi-tasker and a good team player.
