Job Description

Our client is a leading multinational company in the automotive industry. Below position is open urgently.

  • Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable)

  • Working Hours: Regular Office Hours

The Office Manager is responsible for the operational support of the office in all aspects of office management. The responsibilities include, but is not limited to:-

  • Ensure smooth daily office operations, cleanliness, and overall workplace efficiency

  • Manage procurement of office and pantry supplies and maintain optimal inventory levels

  • Oversee office facilities maintenance, refurbishment, and relocation projects

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management

  • Work closely with IT to support building power shutdown exercises

  • Coordinate office visuals and branding updates with the Marketing team

  • Maintain compliance documentation, inspections, ergonomic surveys, and safety training coordination

  • Coordinate onboarding safety orientation and exit clearance processes

  • Arrange accommodation and tenancy administration with external property agents

  • Maintain Office Admin portal and monthly staff directory updates

  • Support HR wellness programs and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree with 4-6 years experience in office management, facilities, or administration

  • Strong experience in vendor management, procurement, and budget control

  • Proficient in MS Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Able to prioritize tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization
