Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Leasing Executive/Manager located in Singapore. The Office Leasing Executive/Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing market planning, conducting market research, and engaging in sales and marketing activities. The role involves new business development and identifying potential office relocating tenants. In addition, maintenance and updating of inhouse CRM system is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CEA Salesperson licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results driven, ambitious and analytical
• Ability to work independently and must be a Team player
• Experience in the real estate or office space industry is a plus. Longer and related experience can be considered for a senior position
