Job Description

  • Ensure a clean, hygienic, and orderly office environment at all times.
  • Support daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness of all workspaces and common areas.
  • Uphold workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle cleaning duties efficiently with minimal disruption to office staff.
  • Maintain proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Identify and report cleanliness, maintenance, or safety issues promptly.
  • Comply with company policies, schedules, and standard operating procedures.
  • Practice discretion and respect confidentiality within office premises.
  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability in daily duties.
  • Conduct basic checks on lighting and fixtures within assigned areas.
  • Replace light bulbs and carry out minor, non-technical lighting fixes where safe and permitted.
  • Monitor, replenish, and maintain adequate levels of office consumables and pantry supplies.
  • All other ad-hoc matters as assigned.
