The Office Cleaner plays a vital role in ensuring the office environment is clean, hygienic, and welcoming for everyone. This position is essential for maintaining a well-organized and safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in offices, meeting rooms, pantry areas, and common spaces. Regularly wipe and sanitize desks, tables, and shared surfaces. Clean glass panels and doors to ensure clarity and shine. Wash and tidy up cups, utensils, and pantry items after use. Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, water) for guests and staff during meetings. Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc.) are adequately stocked. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed promptly. Assist with simple errands such as collecting or distributing documents within the office. Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR or Admin team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cleaner, preferably in an office or commercial environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsible, trustworthy, and reliable nature. Capable of holding and managing office keys. Availability to start immediately or on short notice.
