Location: Choa Chu Kang
Contract Period: From 1 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (except June and December)
- Assist to answer phone calls when all other lines are busy
- Attend to students minor injuries (eg. apply cold pack or plasters)
- Assist to attend to walk-in parents / contractors and re-direct them to relevant staff for assistance
- Adhoc duties assigned by the Administration Manager and School Leaders
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 GCE O Level Passes or equivalent qualification.
- Positive attitude, pleasant disposition with good communication and inter-personal skills
- Basic skills in MS Word and MS Excel
- At least 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant / Receptionist at the General Office front counter in a primary school in the past 5 years (i.e. between 2021 to 2025)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 7.00AM to 4:00PM, inclusive of hr lunch break
- Service not required for the months of June and December
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, Gazetted public holidays, June and December.
