This role includes administrative support, assisting with operational tasks and coordinating business-related initiatives such as government grants. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and able to work closely with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO
- Manage internal systems and track company and individual KPIs
- Research and assist with applications for relevant government grants and funding schemes
- Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Support HR-related administration
- Handle customer service inquiries and support internal teams as needed
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation and ensure timely follow-ups
- Manage schedules and meetings for the CEO
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Job Requirements
- A minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a PA, HR or operations support role
- Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently
- Experience with internal systems, KPI tracking or HR/admin coordination is an advantage
- Familiarity with Singapore government grants and business operations is a plus
- Strong organisational, documentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
