Job Description

This role includes administrative support, assisting with operational tasks and coordinating business-related initiatives such as government grants. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and able to work closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO
  • Manage internal systems and track company and individual KPIs
  • Research and assist with applications for relevant government grants and funding schemes
  • Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Support HR-related administration
  • Handle customer service inquiries and support internal teams as needed
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Manage schedules and meetings for the CEO
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Job Requirements

  • A minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a PA, HR or operations support role
  • Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently
  • Experience with internal systems, KPI tracking or HR/admin coordination is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Singapore government grants and business operations is a plus
  • Strong organisational, documentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
