As part of our global expansion strategy, Bilibili is excited to establish a new office in Singapore. This office will serve as a key hub for our business development in Southeast Asia, enabling us to better connect with local users, creators, and partners. To support the setup and operation of this new office, we are looking for a versatile and comprehensive HRG & Admin to join our pioneering team.

About the Role

We're building Bilibili's Singapore office from 0 to 1 and seeking a hands-on Office & HR Operations Lead to own core administrative management (0-1 setup & daily ops) and provide targeted HR operational support.

As a key pioneer of our founding team, you'll establish office operational systems, partner with China/global cross-functional teams, and lay the foundation for the Singapore office's sustainable growth. Admin-focused, HR support as secondary.

Key Responsibilities

Core: Office Admin (0-1 Setup & Daily Ops)

- Lead 0-1 establishment of the Singapore office (facility/equipment procurement, supply management, environment upkeep)

- Own full-cycle admin work: meeting coordination, minute taking, action item tracking, visitor reception, document/mail handling

- Develop & optimize office SOPs, manage budget/expenses, invoice verification, and reimbursement review

HR Operational Support

- End-to-end recruitment support (posting, screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination)

- Assist employee onboarding/offboarding, personnel file maintenance, HR system data update

- Support attendance/payroll data collation, employee engagement activities, and HR policy implementation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with China/global teams to deliver admin & HR support for business initiatives - Fulfill ad-hoc admin/HR tasks assigned by management

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years admin & HR ops experience, 0-1 office setup experience (MUST-HAVE); startup/MNC experience preferred

- Fluent in English & Mandarin (written/spoken)

- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking & problem-solving skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced, pioneering environment

- Meticulous, result-oriented, proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and a hands-on mindset - Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic HR tools; **knowledge of Singapore labor laws/statutory compliance (a big plus)**
