Job Description

. Up to $5,000 + Excellent Bonuses
. Working location: Central
. Global leading MNC

Responsibilities

Responsible to provide admin support to the business & ensuring smooth operation of office & coordination of corporate activities
Overseeing office environment & ensuring all office facilities are in good working condition
Supervise & guide receptionist and serve as backup for the reception if required
Provide support in office upgrading projects such as renovation & maintenance for vendor coordination and project tracking

Requirement:

Must possess at least a Degree
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in managing facilities & vendors
Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
