We are looking for Office Administrator.
Whose responsibilities include:
. Answering phone calls
. Assist for Payroll process / generate Payslip base on timesheet
. Arrange, schedule, coordinate Training whenever request (new & renew) Dormitory check-in/out and record managing
. Able to manage documents filing
. Assist for submitting claim to customer, Issuing PO to supplier when require
. Laise with office suppliers
. Other duties in office administration matters and ad hoc as per request
. Proactive and able to work independent
Requirement:
Prefer candidate with related experience (construction field).
