Office Manager

Work Location: 8 Chang Charn Road #02-04, LINK (THM) Building, Singapore 159637
Working Hours: 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

1. Meeting & Event Coordination

- Plan and execute internal meetings and external visits to universities, libraries, and other institutions.

- Handle scheduling, venue booking, material preparation, and stakeholder coordination.

- Accompany senior management to key meetings responsible for meeting minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

2. Administrative & Office Management

- Oversee daily office operations, including visitor reception, mail handling, procurement of office supplies, and -- inventory management.

- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and safe.

- Support business travel arrangements and logistics for employees.

3. Government & Tax-Related Coordination

- Serve as the main point of contact with Singapore government agencies (e.g., IRAS, ACRA, National Library Board).

- Assist with ISSN applications, annual statutory filings, routine tax submissions, and preparation of compliance documents.

- Monitor regulatory updates and support the company in meeting Singapore compliance and reporting requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative management, meeting coordination, or government liaison.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Knowledge of ISSN application procedures and familiarity with Singapore tax filing processes is preferred.
