Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the department
Handle travel arrangements & expenses claims
Handle meeting arrangements, conferences & other appointments
Assist & coordinate in organizing of company events
Prepare meeting materials/document
Manage procurement of office pantry & stationery supplies
Maintain proper filing system
Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of administrative experience from Banks or Financial Institutions
Proficiency in MS Office Applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Team players with good work attitude
Ability to multi-task
