Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the department
  • Handle travel arrangements & expenses claims
  • Handle meeting arrangements, conferences & other appointments
  • Assist & coordinate in organizing of company events
  • Prepare meeting materials/document
  • Manage procurement of office pantry & stationery supplies
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of administrative experience from Banks or Financial Institutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team players with good work attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
