JOB DESCRIPTION
- Keep daily office operations running like clockwork - managing phone handling, meeting scheduling, and office resource coordination with efficiency
- Oversee office facilities and equipment to ensure a consistently productive and well-organised workplace for the entire team
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, mail, and deliveries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate company meetings, workshops, and internal events from start to finish with attention to every detail
- Prepare and maintain polished documents, reports, and presentations that meet the standards of management and internal teams
- Manage office calendars and appointment scheduling to keep the organisation running on time and without overlap
- Be the warm and professional first point of contact for all visitors and general office enquiries
- Deliver reliable administrative support to HR and other departments including filing, data entry, and onboarding coordination
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
