We are a newly established subsidiary office of a leading supplier of wafer processing equipment for the MEMs, nanotechnology and semiconductor markets with headquarter in Austria.
We are looking for someone to provide the following administrative support for the office :
- Maintaining employee records
- Processing staff time sheets and compute payroll details
- Support bookkeeping procedures such as compiling Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables reports
- Inventory management
- Hotel arrangements for visiting guests
Work place is in Braddell area.
We are looking for someone who :
- has strong organisational and communication skills
- has attention to details
- is able to multi-task
- is proficient with office software, data management and SAP systems
