Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage daily office operations including phone handling, scheduling meetings and coordinating office resources
  • Oversee office facilities and equipment to maintain a productive and well-organised workplace
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, mail and deliveries
  • Support the coordination of company meetings, workshops and internal events
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports and presentations for management and internal teams
  • Manage office calendars and appointments to ensure smooth scheduling and time management
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and general office enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to HR and other departments including filing, data entry and onboarding coordination

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
