JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage daily office operations including phone handling, scheduling meetings and coordinating office resources
- Oversee office facilities and equipment to maintain a productive and well-organised workplace
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, mail and deliveries
- Support the coordination of company meetings, workshops and internal events
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports and presentations for management and internal teams
- Manage office calendars and appointments to ensure smooth scheduling and time management
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and general office enquiries
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments including filing, data entry and onboarding coordination
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
