Admin Assistant
Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Working location: Pioneer
Salary: $2000 - $2500
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support for company, handle incoming and outgoing mail for invoicing/DO and other matters.
- Collate documents for invoicing and updating the invoicing records.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and easily accessible.
Requirements
- With relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Words and Excel
