Job Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator & Customer Engagement Officer to support daily operations and strengthen our client communication efforts. This role is suitable for individuals who are organised, people-oriented, and detail-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Manage routine office administration tasks and support smooth daily operations.
  • Handle customer enquiries and guide clients through course or service options.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and update clients on ongoing processes.
  • Maintain accurate student/client data and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and related paperwork.
  • Support billing, tracking of payments, and maintaining transaction records.
  • Assist in customer engagement and retention activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support office operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in any field fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital collaboration tools.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferably able to start soon long-term commitment is beneficial.

Salary

  • Negotiable (progressive with commitment period)
  • Performance and attendance bonus available
