Job Description (Summary)
. Manage business travel, hotel bookings, temporary accommodation, and visa/work permit processes
. Administer security access, including access card setup, deletion, and after-hours support
. Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and workspace operations
. Manage office supplies, equipment, and pantry stock
. Handle mail, packages, deliveries, document circulation, and visitor reception
. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for smooth office operations
. Organize meetings, events, and other office activities
. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflows
. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
. Perform other administrative duties as assigned
