As an Admin Executive, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. Your responsibilities include:
Finance & Payments
Prepare and process payments to suppliers accurately and on time.
Maintain proper records of payment documents and administrative paperwork.
Assist with basic finance-related administrative tasks as required.
Office Administration
Handle general administrative duties to support daily business operations.
Manage filing, document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
Assist different departments with administrative paperwork and coordination.
Office & Facilities Management
Ensure the office remains clean, organised, and well-maintained.
Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and other operational necessities.
Coordinate maintenance, servicing, and office-related vendors when required.
Inventory & Asset Management
Monitor and manage inventory for products, samples, and office supplies.
Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Manage company assets and ensure proper tracking and accountability.
Maintain the showroom to ensure it is organised, presentable, and visitor-ready.
Occasionally move cartons or samples within the office (light work in an air-conditioned environment).
HR & Administrative Support
Assist with payroll administration, leave tracking, and maintaining employee records.
Support recruitment activities, onboarding of new employees, and other HR administrative tasks when required.
General Support
Support management and other departments with administrative and operational tasks.
Carry out any other duties or projects assigned by director as required.
