Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and well-organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support business functions with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and efficient multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of activities
- Organize and maintain documentation, filing systems, and accurate record keeping for easy retrieval and compliance
- Prepare and submit ACRA filings, IRAS submissions.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules to optimize time management and resource allocation
- Generate reports, prepare invoices, and provide basic accounting support to assist financial processes
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and government authorities to facilitate business operations and compliance
- Support human resources functions including onboarding new staff and maintaining accurate personnel records
- Monitor and replenish office supplies to maintain an efficient and well-stocked work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with ACRA, IRAS, and basic compliance work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
