Purchase
- Create, issue & monitor PO/DO.
- Maintain proper record and filing.
- Communicate & maintain good relationship with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Assist in stock forecast and procurement and monitor inventory and cost control.
- Assist to liaise with project team operations relating to equipment and materials requirement.
- Assist to keep track the punch log of machines & equipment moving from site to site.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Logistic Manager.
HR (Company Factory Converted Dormitory Control)
- Registration and Deregistration of new and existing residents
- Liaise with Dormitory Operators for FCD Disciplinary Matters
- Monthly inspection at FCD with main HR personnel and Dormitory Operator
- Manage FCD Welfare (dispensers, stationeries, waters & etc)
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and problem-solving
- Proficient in MS Office.
