Job Description

Role Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Administration: Manage phone calls, emails, office supplies, filing systems, and meeting schedules.

  • Client & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to schedule site visits, order materials, or follow up on quotes.

  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain timesheets, equipment inventories, and safety records.

  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure office/workshop areas meet basic H&S standards.

  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange site visits, book transportation/accommodation for field engineers, and manage vehicle maintenance schedules.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 1-2 years in office administration is a plus.

  • Education: Diploma or higher is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Work Environment
Office-based. Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
