Job Description

Our client is a leading chemical provider. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Office Admin Executive to support and strengthen their operations team. They are located in the West- easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration & Facilities Management: Oversee daily office operations including tenancy and license renewals, office repairs and maintenance, furniture upkeep, phone line administration, and coordination of cleaning and pest control services.

  • Budget & Expense Management: Prepare and manage the office administration budget, obtain approval from the President-APAC, monitor expenditures, and ensure additional approvals are obtained when expenses exceed the approved budget.

  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage procurement of office supplies and services including stationery, pantry items, printing materials, drinking water, cleaning services, printer maintenance, and other administrative requirements while coordinating with external vendors.

  • Asset & Utilities Management: Monitor and maintain office assets and equipment, support annual fixed asset verification with the Finance team, and manage utilities such as electricity, water, telephone bills, and office equipment maintenance.

  • Workplace Safety, Compliance & Security: Ensure workplace safety and compliance by maintaining safety equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits), office security systems, emergency response plans, and acting as the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) officer for the premises.

  • Administrative & Operational Support: Provide administrative support including travel arrangements, company vehicle management, insurance claims coordination, company event organization, visitor management, training coordination, and general office support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in relevant field.

  • With 3-5 years of relevant office and admin experience

  • Good communication skills
