Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls, redirect customer inquiries and correspondence
  • Source and procure of parts and materials from local and overseas suppliers
  • Prepare documents such as Purchase Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, Packing List, Bill of Lading and other related documents
  • Track and ensure orders are received and delivered in timely manners
  • Coordinate Form D applications under cross-boarder FTA (Free Trade Agreement)
  • Liaise with customers and coordinate delivery status with factory team
  • Liaise with project team to determine on-site installation schedule and requirements
  • Office administration of filing and archiving documents etc..
