Ocean Import Senior Customer Service Officer / Executive

What the Role Involves

• Arrange payments with Carrier / Co-loader upon receipt of Arrival Notices from Carriers / Co-loaders.
• Process / input data of incoming shipments in Yunas system.
• Sending Arrival Notice to customers, and liaise for clearance and delivery instructions.
• Arrange for insurance coverage in required by customers.
• Arrange clearance documents and liaise with transporters for delivery arrangement.
• Follow-up on the arrival of shipment, and delivery process.
• Liaise with customers / carriers / co-loaders if there is any discrepancy to the cargoes upon clearance.
• Raise payment vouchers and invoices and dispatch to customer, and follow-up with customers if there is any discrepancy.
• Extract data for reports (Excel) if required by customers.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• O level and above
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position will be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Team player with positive working attitude
• Responsible, mature, hands-on, meticulous, detailed, proactive and committed
