Ocean Freight Executive

Responsibilities:

• Create import & export jobs in system till Billing and file closure
• Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking
• Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement
• Handle import & export custom permit
• Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargo handling
• Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader
• Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent
• Support Sales for quotation
• Other ad-hoc matters assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies.
• Knowledge of Singapore Customs procedures and TradeNet is an advantage.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and Incoterms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
