- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised therapy plans based on functional needs and treatment goals.
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions and provide guidance to patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence.
- Coordinate discharge planning and monitor patient progress, ensuring appropriate follow-up and continuity of care.
- Support clinical quality initiatives, including audits, risk management and review of clinical practices and guidelines.
- Participate in staff training, knowledge sharing and service improvement projects within the therapy team.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Occupational Therapy, recognised by the AHPC Singapore.
- At least 2 years of relevant occupational therapy experience in rehabilitation or hospital settings.
- Strong patient communication, clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Responsible, adaptable and committed to delivering quality patient care.
