Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist (ILTC Outsource Service)

We are looking for Occupational Therapists / Physiotherapists to be part of our dynamic interprofessional collaborative team of Allied Health Professionals, which includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Physiotherapists.

As a therapy hub, we serve the community across various settings, including nursing homes, day rehabilitation centers, community hospitals, and home therapy services. We are committed to supporting our clients in regaining functional abilities and enhancing their participation in daily lifeboth at home and in the community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify the individual needs of clients and formulate, develop and implement appropriate individualised therapy programmes
• Monitor training programmes and review its effectiveness
• Liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitative treatment process
• Refer clients to the respective specialists for consultation and intervention

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy
• Registered with the Allied Health Professional Council in Singapore as a Full Registrant.
