Responsibilities

• Independently assess and manage patients referred for Occupational Therapy, implementing appropriate treatment plans. Accurately document patient Occupational Therapy records and charge patients accordingly. Maintain compliance with clinical and service standards. Collaborate with healthcare team members and participate in case conferences. Assist in departmental projects and activities that align with institutional goals. Manage and oversee therapy equipment inventory. Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols and guidelines for hospital-at-home and virtual care. Participate in departmental training programs and educational talks within the community. Supervise students during clinical attachments and assist in onboarding new Occupational Therapists. Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy. Full AHPC registration. Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Service-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction. Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and effectively within a team. Passionate about innovative healthcare delivery.
