- Assessment ,treatment, discharge planning, patient family education, home assessment.
- Participate in marketing activities as relevant.
- Maintain a good relationship with referral source.
- Conduct activities that meet set goals to ensure maximum recovery and optimal independence of patients with disease or injury
- Deal with developing and maintaining a person's capacity throughout life, to perform tasks and roles essential to productive living, including self-care, daily living, leisure and work
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- 1 year's experience with competencies in relevant clinical disciplines is preferred
- Member of the Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists
