Key Responsibilities

. Assess, plan and provide occupational therapy interventions for patients with hand and upper limb conditions to improve functional independence and quality of life.

- Develop, implement and review individualized treatment plans, including reassessments, assistive device recommendations and thermoplastic splinting where appropriate.

- Educate and train patients, family members and caregivers on rehabilitation goals, treatment plans and home management strategies.

- Maintain accurate patient records, complete administrative duties and ensure timely documentation in accordance with professional standards.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, support service improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.

. Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.

. Possess a valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.

. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hand and upper limb rehabilitation.

. Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, sound judgment and effective decision-making abilities in patient care.
