THE LITTLE EXECUTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED is an enrichment centre focused on teaching children Executive Function skills and Growth Mindset to support their developmental and learning journeys.

Job Summary

Join Leapfrogs Therapy Centre as an Occupational Therapist supporting children aged 18 months to 16 years. Deliver assessments, therapy, and collaborate with families and professionals to foster developmental skills and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate children and adolescents with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), attention disorders, sensory integration, and motor challenges to develop tailored intervention plans
  • Deliver weekly individual and group occupational therapy sessions to promote attention, independent thinking, and self-motivation
  • Collaborate with allied healthcare professionals by participating in case conferences to coordinate care and optimize therapy outcomes
  • Train and coach parents to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home, enhancing child development
  • Mentor interns and students by providing guidance and sharing clinical knowledge to support their professional growth
  • Contribute to advocacy projects that promote awareness and support for children with developmental needs
  • Foster a supportive team culture by actively sharing clinical insights and engaging in collaborative practice

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
  • Home country occupational therapy license and eligibility for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Singapore
  • Fluency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with children, families, and professionals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Current AHPC registration (advantageous as Leapfrogs is an accredited supervision center for qualified applicants)
  • Experience working with children, especially those on the autism spectrum
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or a second language to support communication with diverse families
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and a solution-oriented mindset

Other Information

Work Schedule

  • 4.67-day workweek (Tuesday to Saturday), with Saturdays ending at 3:00 PM

Location

  • Central region (near Newton), with potential expansion to the West region of Singapore
