Job Description
You will perform appropriate assessments to set rehabilitation goals and plan intervention programmes, as well as conduct individual and group-based interventions to improve functional ability. You will also produce functional reports for discharge planning and work with a multidisciplinary team and multi-agencies to ensure continuity of care and community integration.

Educational And Professional Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy which is registrable with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.
- Competent in using different therapeutic modalities in mental health group work relevant work experience in mental health will be an advantage.
- Passionate to work with persons with mental health conditions.
