Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve mobility, self-care, and functional skills
- Train patients in adaptive techniques and use of assistive devices
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation and safety practices
- Conduct home/workplace assessments and recommend modifications where needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for patient care and discharge planning
- Maintain proper documentation, progress notes, and therapy reports
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and policies
Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and fully registered with AHP
