Work Location: Woodlands, Khatib & Care Light Senior Care Centre
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Contract: 2 years + 2 years extension option
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day, excluding weekends & Public Holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial, routine and ad-hoc occupational therapy assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide interventions for ADLs, cognitive function and functional independence.
- Recommend and prescribe adaptive equipment where required.
- Conduct individual and group therapy programmes.
- Monitor client progress and reassess treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Train clients, caregivers and therapy staff on ADL facilitation.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Full AHPC registration with a valid Practising Certificate.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant OT experience.
- Experience in senior care, rehabilitation or community care is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Willing to work across the assigned senior care center locations.
