We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to provide person-centred rehabilitation services across community and centre-based settings.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support clients across disability, early intervention, and senior care sectors. The role focuses on enhancing functional independence, promoting community integration, and improving overall quality of life.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients physical, cognitive and functional abilities
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
Recommend and prescribe assistive devices and adaptive equipment
Conduct home and environmental assessments
Provide caregiver training and education
Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Speech Therapists, Social Workers and other healthcare professionals
Maintain proper clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards
Participate in case conferences and service development initiatives
Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution
Registered (Full or Conditional) with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
