Location: Near Upper Thomson MRT
Salary: Up to $7,200/month (based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Patient Care
- Provide professional occupational therapy services to assigned patients across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
- Conduct initial assessments, periodic reassessments, and treatment planning to support patients rehabilitation goals.
- Implement and review individualised therapy programs to improve patients independence in daily activities.
- Monitor patients progress and provide regular updates to rehabilitation plans.
- Support discharge planning and follow-up care for patients.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and family discussions to support rehabilitation outcomes.
Documentation & Administration
- Maintain accurate therapy records, treatment plans, and progress documentation in clinical systems.
Professional Development
- Participate in training programmes, workshops, and continuing professional development.
- Contribute to health education initiatives and community outreach programmes when required.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's in Occupational Therapy recognised by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
- Registered with AHPC with a valid practising certificate
- BCLS & AED certification
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospital, rehabilitation centre, or nursing home settings preferred
