Own and govern the Occupational Health (OH) management system and strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate requirements, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices
Provide subject-matter expertise on Occupational Health matters
Lead medical emergency preparedness across offshore assets, including medevac coordination, drills, response protocols, and readiness assessments
Review and assure offshore medical facilities, equipment, competencies, and clinical procedures to ensure operational readiness and compliance
Support OH requirements through all FPSO project phases, ensuring integration of OH considerations throughout the asset lifecycle
Manage external OH service providers, including offshore medics, telemedicine vendors, and specialized clinical support contractors
Lead OH reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data governance processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reliability of OH data used for risk identification and decision-making
Conduct internal verifications, readiness reviews, and audits of Occupational Health programs to confirm compliance and continuous improvement
Review, validate, and support Health Risk Assessments (HRAs), exposure monitoring programs, and industrial hygiene activities, ensuring identification, evaluation, and control of workplace health hazards
Ensure compliance with relevant offshore Occupational Health regulations, flag-state requirements, and applicable ILO/IMCA guidance, integrating ISO 45001 principles into OH programs and systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Nursing, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry, or closely related industry
Demonstrated experience in preventive healthcare and Occupational Health program delivery
Experience working as an Offshore Medic is preferred
Ability to work effectively across cultures and in diverse geographic environments
Proven capability in developing, governing, and analyzing global OH KPIs, leading indicators, and health performance trends for senior leadership review
Experience supporting FPSO or offshore operations is desirable

Familiarity with relevant international Occupational Health codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks
Experience in incident assessment, medical aspects of investigations, and root-cause analysis
Competency in data analytics and interpretation of health-related datasets
