This role is responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, covering sales order creation, credit management, invoicing, cash applications, and collections. You will define the strategic roadmap, enforce compliance, and lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.

Description
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the OTC process aligned with corporate objectives.
- Establish standardized process designs and enforce governance and compliance controls.
- Monitor KPIs such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Cash Conversion Cycle, and Past Due Percentage.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement advanced technologies for process automation.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead change management strategies for successful adoption
Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit/Collections, Shared Services, or Business Process Management.
- Industry exposure to retail with a mix of B2B and B2C operating models is highly valued.
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Track record of leading major transformation projects (e.g.ERP implementation, shared service migration).
- Deep expertise in O2C processes with strong knowledge of finance controls, SFRS, and tax compliance.
- Certifications or experience in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Hana/FICO/ECC).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
