Job Description:

Reporting to the Operations Director, the incumbent will:

1. Attend to customers contacting us through the phone, electronic means and our showroom.

2. Process customers orders for fulfilment by our Logistics team.

3. Maintain customer database.

4. Organize monthly promotions & activities.

5. Compile and disseminate scientific articles for our customer education.

6. Cultivate relationships with our customers.

Pre-requisites:

Min Education Level: Diploma

Field of Study: Pharmaceutical, Health Sciences, Nutrition.

Years of Experience Required: 3

Language: English
