Nurse Manager

Job Summary:

The Nurse Manager of the O&G and Fertility Clinic oversees the daily operations of the nursing staff and ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves coordinating patient services, managing nursing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Licensure: SNB registered
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience. Experience in O&G and/or fertility care will be an added advanage, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Certifications: Certification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology nursing or related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in clinic management software and other healthcare technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Working Conditions:

• The position may require occasional evening and weekend hours.
• Work is primarily performed in a clinical setting.

Performance Evaluation:

Performance will be evaluated based on the ability to effectively manage nursing staff, improve patient care outcomes, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

License/Certification:

• Registered nurse (Preferred)
