To lead the nursing team and related healthcare workers in the centre
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards by MOH and SNB.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures and care pathways
- Lead a team of multidisciplinary staff with care planning
- Address resident and family concern, by providing clinical guidance
- Plan Staff allocation across shifts
- Oversee operations in Day care & Rehabilitation centre and foster a positive work environment
- Schedule staff for professional development and planning
- Maintain training records and administrative documents.
- Manage ward budgets and resources
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- At least 3 years relevant experience in supervisory roles
- Have experience handling complex cases and interdisciplinary
