- Ensure compliance with MOH and SNB nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead quality assurance activities, including audits, monitoring of care standards, and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Develop, review, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and work processes to support safe care delivery.
- Oversee resident care and ensure smooth transition between acute, chronic, and community care settings.
- Ensure adequate staffing, appropriate skill mix, and effective manpower planning across shifts.
- Drive staff development through training, competency upgrading, orientation, and preceptorship programmes.
Requirement
- Min Degree in Nursing
- Valid practicing certificate issued by the SNB
- Preferably with two-three years experience in similar position
