To lead the nursing team and related healthcare workers in the ward, and be responsible for the day-to-day operational work flow in the Nursing Department.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of nurses and healthcare staff across community care services.
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care delivery.
- Develop, implement, and review nursing care protocols, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders on community healthcare projects, outreach programmes, and service development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, SNB standards, infection control policies, and workplace safety requirements.
- Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Support case management and multidisciplinary care planning for clients and residents.
- Monitor clinical indicators, incident reporting, and operational performance metrics.
- Build strong partnerships with hospitals, community agencies, caregivers, and external healthcare providers.
- Participate in strategic planning, audits, and organisational development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Min Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- At least 3 years relevant experience in supervisory roles
- Have a valid First Aid Certificate
