As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist Assistant / Director of Nursing in daily functions
- Ensure smooth daily operation flow in the department
- Attend and assist in any dispute cases
- Conduct daily ward rounds to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve & follow through service/quality/medico-legal issues.
- Handle overall responsibility for the induction process, plans for self and nurses career progression.
- Set goals and overall KPI for unit
- Submit reports on timely manner
- Provide training and guidance to the department
- Ensure staffs adhere to the practices and SOPs
- Develop training programmes and continuous learning courses to upgrade the team's knowledge and skills
- Any other duties within the team.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Nursing with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration
