As a Nurse Educator (Acute Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assess, design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate continuing education, training, and professional development programs for nursing staff, aligning with organizational goals and patient care standards.

  • Utilize evidence-based methodologies to plan, deliver, and assess nursing education programs that promote best practices, critical thinking, and clinical excellence.

  • Support the development of effective, efficient, and skilled nursing professionals through structured training initiatives, competency assessments, and mentorship.

  • Facilitate and oversee educational programs for student nurses, ensuring they acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes to practice safely and effectively.

  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care by developing educational strategies that enhance clinical performance and meet evolving healthcare demands.

  • Continuously assess learning needs across nursing teams, measure outcomes of educational interventions, and refine programs based on feedback and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.

  • Degree in Nursing with Postgraduate Diploma in Education.

  • At least 9 years of clinical nursing experience with a minimum 2 years in healthcare settings or academic schools for nursing.
