Key Responsibilities

Build & Lead – Recruit, develop, and inspire OT nurses for Major Surgery and Day Surgery Units
Clinical Excellence – Create and implement evidence-based protocols and performance benchmarks
Operational Mastery – Oversee rosters, budgets, and workflow efficiency across surgical suites
Future-Proofing – Champion digital tools, robotics, and integrated patient care systems

What We're Looking For

Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
10+ years clinical experience with at least 2+ years in perioperative leadership
Proven experience in hospital setup, commissioning, or expansion
Strong project management skills + a visionary mindset
