Job Summary
We are seeking passionate Staff Nurses / Enrolled Nurses to join our team and advance their careers in renal nursing. You will deliver safe, high-quality patient care and contribute to the effective management of our renal centre.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard nursing care to renal patients, ensuring safe administration of prescribed therapies
- Educate patients on treatment plans and self-care practices to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive nursing records to support continuity of care
- Communicate detailed nursing reports during shift handovers to ensure seamless patient management
- Collaborate with clinical nurse managers to support administrative functions and centre operations
- Adapt to shift schedules operating Monday to Saturday, covering morning and afternoon shifts
Required competencies and certifications
- Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board is mandatory for all applicants
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Willingness to undergo renal-specific training provided by the centre for candidates without prior renal experience
Other Information
- Shift hours: Morning (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) and Afternoon (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm), Monday to Saturday
