Assist designated airlines with transporting special passengers (NTL- Not To Land, UM - Unaccompanied Minor, Deportee, Offload) to and from the immigration office and flight gates at Changi Airport.
Assist designated airlines with completion and submission of flight documents/administrative work.
Assist and transport passengers requiring special assistance (hearing/visually impaired passengers) at Changi Airport.
To identify passenger's name, flight information, date, and special service request details, to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination.
To communicate and liase with airline staff, immigration officers and other airport staff when required.
Attend to passengers enquiries and provide passengers with an excellent customer service experience.
Be compliant and adhere to SOP and safety standards.
Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management.
Ability to read, write and converse in English.
